SMT Cabinets

SMT cabinets – professional storage for stencils and frames

Safe storage of tooling is key to maintaining process continuity on surface mount lines. Specialized SMT cabinets for stencils and frames are designed for advanced production environments, where every minute counts and protecting costly tooling is a priority. Proper construction protects stencils from dust, contamination and accidental mechanical damage that could affect solder paste print quality.

SMT cabinet construction: ESD coating or STT stainless steel

SMT cabinets are available in two finishes, selected to match specific production conditions. The version finished with conductive ESD powder coating ensures full body grounding and is suited to a standard EPA zone. The stainless steel version (STT) additionally withstands contact with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and cleaning agents, which matters in zones with stricter cleanliness requirements.

Safety and ergonomics: roller shutter and drawer cabinets for SMT zones

Ergonomics on the production floor is a core principle of Lean Manufacturing. Our cabinets feature lightweight, lockable roller shutters that eliminate the problem of traditional swing doors blocking narrow aisles. Selected models also include dedicated, high-capacity lower drawers (DB designation), ideal for storing accessories, squeegees or cleaning agents.

Stainless steel or antistatic coating: choose the right variant for your production

A wide range of models allows the cabinet to be matched precisely to available space. Our range includes:

• SMT stencil cabinets: available in single, double and quadruple configurations.
• SMT frame cabinets: optimized for safe frame suspension and prevention of deformation.
• Combined cabinets (stencils + frames): a versatile solution for prototyping departments and production lines.
