Stencil maintenance and cleaning after a production run requires a comfortable and safe workstation. Our SMT stencil cleaning trolleys are designed with operator ergonomics in mind: a dedicated slot for stencils together with their frames removes the need to carry both parts separately, and additional shelves and holders accommodate accessories needed during cleaning, such as squeegees, wipes or antistatic agents. This layout reduces the number of trips between stations and speeds up the stencil cleaning cycle.

Stainless steel (STT) trolleys: maximum resistance to chemicals and IPA

Work in the washing area involves constant contact with aggressive cleaning agents, non-woven wipes and isopropyl alcohol (IPA). That is why our stainless steel SMT trolleys offer full resistance to corrosion, chemical degradation and moisture. The smooth steel surface is exceptionally easy to keep clean, preventing residue from old solder paste or adhesives from transferring onto new stencils.

Ergonomics and stencil protection in the SMT process

The trolley is designed for maximum operator comfort. Properly profiled support frames allow stencils to be loaded vertically or at a slight angle, making it easier to slide them in and out without force. A stable rolling base also eliminates vibration during transport across the factory floor, directly extending the service life of costly production stencils.

SMT trolleys as part of solder paste print quality control

Cleanliness and freedom from mechanical damage are critical parameters affecting the quality of the solder paste printing process.
