The Heavy Duty system is an advanced solution designed for demanding applications, meeting high requirements for durability and stability. The Heavy Duty system features electric height adjustment of the worktop, ranging from 700 to 1150 mm, allowing precise customization to the user’s needs. Four column actuators ensure stability and even lifting, significantly improving work comfort. The electric adjustment option enhances flexibility, enabling the workstation to adapt to specific user requirements. Available in ergonomic and rectangular versions, the worktops can be easily tailored to different tasks, increasing workstation functionality.
Durability
The Heavy Duty system stands out for its exceptional durability, utilizing structural steel with a thickness ranging from 1.0 to 2.5 mm and closed profiles with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. TIG welding ensures the highest quality joints, guaranteeing longevity and resistance to intensive use. The construction is designed for higher loads, offering a load capacity of up to 400 kg. An additional lower crossbar for the L-leg system enhances table stability, making it highly resistant to vibrations and variable working conditions.
Safety
The Heavy Duty system is designed in compliance with PN-EN 61340-5-1:2017, ensuring protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). Additionally, our products meet PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, guaranteeing quality and safety. The materials used in the workstations provide full ESD protection, which is crucial for environments working with sensitive electronic components. Furthermore, the table is equipped with leveling screws, allowing for stable positioning and surface alignment, increasing overall work safety.
Ease of Maintenance
The Heavy Duty system worktops are made of 25 mm thick boards, resistant to wear and temperatures up to 50°C. The light gray RAL 7035 color with a 1 mm thick dark gray ABS edge ensures an elegant look while providing additional resistance to mechanical damage. The smooth surface makes cleaning easy, facilitating the maintenance of hygiene and aesthetic standards in the workspace.
