ESD FULL WIDTH HIGH PERFORATED PANEL
The perforated panel is a key component in the equipment of ESD modular workbenches, significantly impacting the organization and functionality of the workspace. It features a flat surface with regularly spaced holes, allowing for the mounting of various accessories such as tools, holders, or baskets. This mounting system enables employees to keep essential items within reach, enhancing work efficiency and maintaining order at the workstation.
Two variants of perforated panels are available: H300 and H600. The H300 panel has a height of 300 mm, while the H600 panel offers a height of 600 mm. Both models can be mounted across the entire width of the table or at half its width, providing flexibility in adapting the workspace. The holes are arranged in a grid with a diameter of 50 mm, allowing for easy attachment of diverse accessories.
Made from 1 mm thick steel sheet, the perforated panels are durable and resistant to mechanical damage. Additionally, their conductive materials provide protection against electrostatic discharges, minimizing the risk of damage to sensitive electronic components. The H300 and H600 perforated panels are practical solutions that support organization and safety in ESD environments.
